Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- Maintenance of County Health District, Gaming, and Alcohol Awareness Certification
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in small quarters and under stressful, demanding situations
- Black non-slip shoes required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Some prior bar back experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License

Job Duties
- Assists with maintenance of all bar equipment
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects
- Performs under stressful, demanding situations in small quarters with close contact with team members and guests
- Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and storage areas
- Works with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radios, and bulletin boards
- Interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations
- Assists the Center Bar Manager with inventory controls, stocking, rotation of products, checking use through code dates, and date labeling
- Maintains confidentiality and security of facility storage
- Assists in delivering orders and running food to maintain prompt service
- Manages the flow of finished product from kitchen to guest
- Inspects the premises according to quality and sanitation standards
- Maintains awareness of applicable laws and operates within guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
