Job Requirements
- A valid CA Certified Food Handlers card and valid Responsible Beverage Service Training is required
- must be 21+ years of age
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred
- must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
- must have excellent time management skills
- must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
- must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils
- assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
- provide excellent customer service to guests
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- perform other tasks as assigned
