Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds independently or with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to work at a fast pace consistently
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
- Ability to complete monetary transactions accurately
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and maintain routine tasks
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of company products and events
- Communicate effectively with guests
- Clean bar, counters, glassware, and utensils
- Stock bar with necessary items including liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and condiments
- Document inventory use, spills, and waste
- Monitor and report cooler and keg conditions
- Maintain ice supply
- Empty and clean trash cans regularly
- Clean and organize supply room
- Notify management of low inventory and assist bartenders with bar breakdown
- Complete all opening, running, and closing duties
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow proper lifting and carrying techniques
- Perform other duties as assigned
