Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar or restaurant preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must complete alcohol awareness training
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, crowded environment
- Must be a team player

Job Duties
- Stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
- Arrange and set-up beverages, mixes, garnishes and supplies, and prepare drink mixes
- Work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
- Safely and effectively transport filled glass racks, ice and cases of liquor, beer and wine
- Tolerate frequent exposure to liquids including water, cleaning solutions, alcohol, and juices
- Use and operate necessary tools and equipment, including knives and blenders
- Communicate effectively to perform and follow job requirements
- Multitask calmly and effectively in busy and stressful environments
- Work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature
- Move and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for entire shifts and navigate restaurant areas safely
- Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guest needs
- Greet guests warmly
- Use tact and good judgement in guest interactions
- Change beer kegs, CO2 tanks and soda dispensers safely
- Manually wash and sanitize glassware
- Maintain security of bar stock and inventory
- Recognize intoxicated guests and seek management assistance accordingly
- Respond knowledgeably to restaurant and menu questions
- Follow all steps of service and food allergy procedures
- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete alcohol awareness training
- Follow all employment rules and policies
- Collaborate well with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
