Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- minimum 1 year in a barback role
- basic understanding of food handling and safety practices
- basic liquor/wine knowledge highly preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- maintain cleanliness in bar area and restaurant
- restock and replenish bar items as needed
- assist with stocking bar ensuring batches are always fresh and slicing garnishes
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members
