Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • minimum 1 year in a barback role
  • basic understanding of food handling and safety practices
  • basic liquor/wine knowledge highly preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • strong attention to detail
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Job Duties

  • Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • maintain cleanliness in bar area and restaurant
  • restock and replenish bar items as needed
  • assist with stocking bar ensuring batches are always fresh and slicing garnishes
  • follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members
