Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Familiarity with health and safety standards in food and beverage service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Handle cash and processing payments accurately
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Assist in training new bar staff and contribute to a positive team environment
