Job Requirements
- current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
- minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and or walk for long periods of time
- ability to lift over 50 pounds if necessary
- authorized to legally work in the US

- ability to multitask and anticipate bartenders needs

Job Duties
- build a rapport with guests and assist with communication requests
- assist in maintaining guest eye view behind the bar
- support bar team with restocking, preparing garnishes, and maintaining workflow
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- manage stock, ensure accurate counts and proper storage
- adhere to cleaning and delivery procedures
- report for scheduled shifts punctually and in proper attire
- change kegs, cut fruit, and restock product quickly
- complete opening, closing, and running duties
- foster a collaborative work environment and train new barbacks
- maintain a positive attitude during service
