Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors at end of shift after supervisor confirmation
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, and tables following set-up guidelines
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents and unsafe conditions
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • communicate clearly and professionally with others
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team
  • support team efforts to reach common goals
  • adhere to quality expectations and standards
  • perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • move over uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
  • reach overhead and below knees through bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
