Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors at end of shift after supervisor confirmation
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, and tables following set-up guidelines
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents and unsafe conditions
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team
- support team efforts to reach common goals
- adhere to quality expectations and standards
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
- handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- move over uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
- reach overhead and below knees through bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
