- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- assist bartenders in all aspects of service
- restock bar supplies and inventory
- clean and sanitize bar areas and equipment
- prepare garnishes and ensure all bar stations are ready for service
- maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- anticipate bartender and guest needs
- support team in delivering an exceptional guest experience
