Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- minimum of one year previous experience in a similar capacity
- strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- position requires a Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- physical ability to reach, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or bend occasionally
- ability to adjust vision focus for close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception

Job Duties
- clean beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations, Silver Creek Event Center and pool bar areas
- provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies
- remove empty bottles and trash
- prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes
- receive, issue and keep necessary records of liquor store and supplies
- serve as back up for bartenders when necessary
- promote outstanding guest services on a continual basis
