Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bar or hospitality setting preferred
- TIPS certification preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical capability to lift, bend, twist and kneel
- ability to work under pressure
- strong communication skills
- willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service
- wash and restock barware and glasses
- remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays
- prepare bar for service by wiping clean and refilling all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
- fill condiment containers, ice and other bar/table supplies
- perform opening and closing work as requested
- safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals
