Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a barback or similar role is advantageous but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
Team player mindset with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Friendly and customer-focused personality
Fast-paced, team-oriented experience
Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move items that are heavy (up to 50 lbs.)

Job Duties

Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift
Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service
Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws
Keep bar area neat
cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations
Coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests
