Job Duties
- assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift
- keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service
- prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws
- keep bar area neat
- cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations
- coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests
