Job Requirements
- Valid CA Certified Food Handlers card
- Valid Responsible Beverage Service Training
- Must be 21 or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- High energy, strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned
