Job Requirements

  • Valid CA Certified Food Handlers card
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Service Training
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • High energy, strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred
  • Valid CA Certified Food Handlers card
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Service Training
  • Must be 21 or older

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
  • Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
