Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant or bar experience required
  • Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, late nights, and weekends
  • Comfortable using knives and other kitchen/bar equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the shift
  • Assist in preparing garnishes, juices, and batched cocktails according to recipes
  • Properly label, date, cover, and rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance
  • Clean, sanitize, and safely use all bar tools and equipment in line with health standards
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties to prepare for smooth shifts
  • Assist with guest interactions by supporting bartenders and welcoming guests as needed
  • Communicate effectively with bartenders and managers to anticipate needs
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to set up the next shift for success
