Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- able to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- basic understanding of bar operations and product handling (training provided)
- must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- prior experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is a plus, but not required
Job Duties
- Restock beer, liquor, wine, juices, garnishes, glassware, and ice throughout the shift
- prepare backup mixers, syrups, and fruit before and during service
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping counters, bar mats, sinks, and floors
- collect and wash glassware promptly to keep the bartenders supplied
- empty trash, recycling, and bar mats as needed during and after service
- assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- rotate stock and ensure product freshness (FIFO method)
- set up and break down bar stations efficiently before and after shifts
- support bartenders during rush periods by running drinks or collecting empties
- report any low stock, equipment issues, or maintenance needs to management immediately
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- uphold company standards of professionalism, teamwork, and guest hospitality
