Job Requirements
- Ability to move effectively throughout the dining room
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Must comply with all company and legal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bar Back or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and bar equipment is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and garnishing
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Restock supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of special events and private parties
- Adhere to company and legal alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations
