Job Requirements
- Must have at least one (1) or more years of experience in a full-service, with a combination of previous food and beverage experience
- ability to stand for 8 hours' length of time
- ability to walk and/or stand approximately 90% of shift
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis
- requires a working knowledge of food and beverage service
- familiarity with industry relevant point of sales systems
- ability to practice and adhere to all safety requirements
- ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- ability to work a flexible scheduling, including days, nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Set up, clean and prepare bar area for the start of business
- stock garnishes, ice, mixers and glassware, replenishing as necessary
- prepare garnishes for drinks, replenishing snacks, while clearing tableware for bar patrons
- maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support the bartender for drink preparation
- clear and reset tables in the bar area as necessary
- maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage area
- restock and replenish bar inventory as directed by the bartender or bar manager
- practice cleanliness and safety in all bar areas, liquor and wine storage areas
- transport all dirty tableware from bar area to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- participate in daily staff meetings and department training meetings
- assist team members as needed to promote a teamwork environment
