Job Requirements
- Must have at least one year or more of experience in a full-service restaurant with food and beverage
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to walk or stand approximately 90 percent of shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Familiarity with Point of Sales systems
- Ability to adhere to all safety requirements
- Effective communication in English
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Set up, clean and prepare bar area for the start of business
- Stock garnishes, ice, mixers and glassware, replenishing as necessary
- Prepare garnishes for drinks, replenishing snacks, while clearing tableware for bar patrons
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support the bartender for drink preparation
- Clear and reset tables in the bar area as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage area
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as directed by the Bartender or Bar Manager
