Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8 hours' length of time
- Ability to walk and/or stand approximately 90 percent of shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuous basis
- Requires a working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Familiarity with industry relevant point of sales systems
- Ability to practice and adhere to all safety requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to work a flexible scheduling, including days, nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of combined experience in full-service food and beverage environments
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Familiarity with industry relevant point of sales systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Additional language skills are desirable

Job Duties
- Set up, clean and prepare bar area for the start of business
- Stock garnishes, ice, mixers and glassware, replenishing as necessary
- Prepare garnishes for drinks, replenishing snacks, while clearing tableware for bar patrons
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support the bartender for drink preparation
- Clear and reset tables in the bar area as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage area
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as directed by the bartender or bar manager
- Practice cleanliness and safety in all bar areas, liquor and wine storage areas
- Transport all dirty tableware from bar area to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Participate in daily staff meetings and department training meetings
- Assist team members as needed to promote a teamwork environment
