Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by state law and Buffalo Wild Wings policy
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with ability to cover shifts as needed
- Physical ability to work at a fast pace and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of math and money handling
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Certification to serve alcohol as required by state law and company policy
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
- Basic math skills and money handling accuracy
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Conflict management and problem resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Understanding of marketing initiatives and event promotions
Job Duties
- Make personal connections with guests to create loyalty through engaging conversation
- Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption and comply with legal and company policies
- Read and organize tickets to serve guests quickly and accurately
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per company standards and specifications
- Inform guests about promotions such as Beer of the Month and provide suggestions
- Replace kegs and restock alcohol bottles as needed
- Monitor and manage bar inventory and implement cost control measures
- Maintain clean and sanitary bar area and equipment
- Collect and accurately process guest payments
- Enforce responsible alcohol service to prevent problems related to excessive drinking
- Take food and beverage orders from servers or guests
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
