Job Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work with others and independently
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Actively communicate both verbally and written
- Have or acquire a Food Handler's Permit
- Comfortable serving alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or food service preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and TIPS certification preferred or willingness to acquire
- Ability to operate kitchen appliances and use utensils safely
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and team members
Job Duties
- Ensure customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy
- Communicate with all staff and management using Basecamp system
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park
- Proactively manage guests to ensure a positive environment
- Coordinate with Guest Service staff for problem resolution when applicable
- Prepare mixed drinks and serve tap and canned beverages
- Use kitchen appliances and utensils comfortably
- Perform bar prep for drinks, snacks, or needs during shift
- Cashier and process orders
- Assist with perishable and non-perishable inventory weekly
- Complete TIPS training for responsible alcohol service
- Serve beer, wine, and spirits in bar area and throughout park on beverage cart
- Serve beverages as needed for catering events
- Prepare and serve food and beverages around the property
- Clean and maintain food prep area according to health code
- Clean all appliances and equipment daily
- Dishwash and sanitize
- Perform other duties as assigned
