Job Requirements
- Food safety/food handler certification required
- Ability to perform all job duties of the bartender role
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations
- Ability to multitask according to business demands
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Values diversity and community and shows respect for others

- Point of sale knowledge or skills preferred

Job Duties
- Provide service excellence in hospitality, bar/beverage programs, and food service
- Make beverages with consistency and quality
- Maintain knowledge of worldly alcohol brands and flavors
- Utilize point of sale knowledge
- Engage in consistent interaction with guests to enhance public relations
- Perform financial reporting including end of shift checkouts
- Support kitchen and service operations
- Assist in special events
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
