Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to direct staff and enforce policies
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in fast-paced settings
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Assist with bartending shifts as necessary
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
