Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- At least 1 years full time experience in a similar position in 4-star hotels
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and take initiative
- Experience working in high volume and fast paced environments
- Flexibility to work shift work
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to last minute changes

- Shift work and flexibility is required in this position
Job Duties
- Ensure smooth running of all bar operations
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff
- Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
- Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
- Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
- Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform
- Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required
- Ensure that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized
- Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate
- Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
