Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Supervisor experience within the food and beverage industry and or hospitality industry, preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • A good attitude and a smiling face required
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays
  • Ability to supervise employees and volunteers at each staffing level
  • Cash register operation
  • Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to handle fast paced, multi-task, high stress situations
  • Maintain proper grooming and dress code standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Must be able to perform physical demands including stopping and lifting up to 40lbs, substantial standing and walking
  • Quick thinking and ability to use a radio and keep ear piece on during events

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisor responsibilities
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to ensure each person on team delivers a high level of customer service with high standards for quality, accuracy and safety
  • Oversee and maintain accuracy in cash and inventory counts and handle money with integrity
  • Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance
  • Must speak, read and understand English
  • Ability to pass a background credit check

Job Duties

  • Report to Club Manager at scheduled report time in appropriate uniform
  • Supervise bartenders working club premium service areas
  • Oversee the accuracy and verify all cash and inventory is correct
  • Follow all rules and regulations which apply to Legends Global
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Club Manager
  • Ensure high level of guest service and hospitality with a high standard of quality and cleanliness
  • Act as a contact person for team members and or guests with complaints
