Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Supervisor experience within the food and beverage industry and or hospitality industry, preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- A good attitude and a smiling face required
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays
- Ability to supervise employees and volunteers at each staffing level
- Cash register operation
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Ability to handle fast paced, multi-task, high stress situations
- Maintain proper grooming and dress code standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Must be able to perform physical demands including stopping and lifting up to 40lbs, substantial standing and walking
- Quick thinking and ability to use a radio and keep ear piece on during events
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisor responsibilities
- Experience within the food and beverage industry
- Ability to ensure each person on team delivers a high level of customer service with high standards for quality, accuracy and safety
- Oversee and maintain accuracy in cash and inventory counts and handle money with integrity
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
- Must speak, read and understand English
- Ability to pass a background credit check
Job Duties
- Report to Club Manager at scheduled report time in appropriate uniform
- Supervise bartenders working club premium service areas
- Oversee the accuracy and verify all cash and inventory is correct
- Follow all rules and regulations which apply to Legends Global
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Club Manager
- Ensure high level of guest service and hospitality with a high standard of quality and cleanliness
- Act as a contact person for team members and or guests with complaints
