Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar supervision or food service management preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Must complete sanitation training within the first year

- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Maintain emotional control under stress

Job Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
- Maintain all serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies
- Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis
- Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production
- Supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- Train and mentor other food service workers and bartenders
- Maintain logs on all maintenance required on equipment
- Ensure all food safety and temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend replacement of existing equipment
- Proficiency in multi-tasking
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Fill in for absent employees as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events
- Attend pre-shift meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
