Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Previous bartending experience
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions frequently
- Availability to work days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position
- Previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- No college degree required
Job Duties
- Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days
- Ensure that all company policies are followed by team members
- Observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members
- Order and maintain product inventory
- Complete daily sales reports and reconciliation
- Assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
