Job Requirements
- Qualified Santa Ana Tribal members preferred
- high school diploma or GED required
- New Mexico liquor server's license required
- Food Handlers card required within 90 days
- minimum 1-2 years job-related experience
- excellent guest service skills required
- good interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- compliance with company dress code
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- smartphone capable of company applications or willingness to participate in company smartphone program
- ability to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license

Job Duties
- Train and supervise all new bar staff to ensure consistent and proper training
- ensure all food and beverage products meet established specifications and standards
- maintain proper service levels based on forecasted needs
- enforce compliance with Casino Control Act, Commission regulations, and internal controls for alcoholic beverage service and storage
- communicate variances from standards to Food and Beverage Manager
- maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable work environment
- schedule and facilitate breaks without interrupting guest service
- ensure adequate staffing on the casino floor
- manage inventory to maintain product availability
- prepare verbal and written documentation as needed
- assign staff to work areas and ensure effectiveness
- provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to build guest relationships
- complete financial reports and log staff time and attendance
- perform other duties as assigned
