Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bar management or supervisory experience
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of inventory management systems
- ability to stand for long periods
- excellent problem-solving skills
- legal age to serve alcohol in Texas
Job Qualifications
- proven supervisory skills including team leadership and staff scheduling
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge and experience in food and beverage operations
- experience in training and mentoring bar staff
- ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively
- understanding of health and safety guidelines in food and beverage services
- previous experience as a bar supervisor or bartender preferred
Job Duties
- oversee daily bar operations
- manage bar staff scheduling and performance
- ensure exceptional customer service
- maintain inventory and control stock levels
- train and mentor bar team members
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- handle guest concerns promptly
- coordinate with other departments for event support
