Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of bar supervisory or lead bartender experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and member awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and TIPS certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service to members and guests
- Lead, train, schedule, and mentor bartenders and bar support staff
- Maintain club service standards, presentation, and member etiquette at all times
- Monitor inventory levels
- assist with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of beverages and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations, club policies, and safety standards
- Handle member requests, concerns, and special preferences with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership on menus, events, and service enhancements
- Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and end-of-shift reporting
- Support private events and special club functions as needed
