Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in bar supervision or similar hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and current industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
  • Supervise and motivate bar staff providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
