Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with beverage venues
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and maintain good personal hygiene
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, coworkers and management
- Ability to independently complete multiple tasks
- Ability to serve internal and external customers effectively
- Ability to speak clearly and pleasantly
- Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods
- Must have good balance and be able to bend and kneel
- Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds infrequently
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Must have good eye-hand coordination
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including all shifts, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with beverage venues
- Previous casino experience preferred
- Experience with computerized point of sale systems preferred
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Windows XP preferred
Job Duties
- Directly supervise bartenders, wait staff and bar backs including communication of daily objectives and performance management
- Monitor compliance with departmental policies such as alcohol control and Info genesis reports
- Assist in training beverage staff and developing training manuals, policies, procedures and job descriptions
- Resolve team member and guest incidents to maximize satisfaction and performance
- Schedule staff according to business needs and manage payroll closely
