Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years bartending service in high-profile operation
- Minimum 3-5 years restaurant, bar, or banquet service in club or hotel
- Minimum 3-5 years lead bartender or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of wines, beers, mixed drinks, service methods, and glassware
- Superior member service and ability to maintain poise under pressure
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age 21
- Mixologist preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3-5 years high-profile bartending service experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet service in club or hotel
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as lead bartender or supervisory role
- Knowledge of various wines, beers, mixed drinks, glassware, and pouring techniques
- Superior member service skills with ability to maintain poise under pressure
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mixologist certification preferred
- Minimum age 21
Job Duties
- Arrive well-groomed and on-time dressed in appropriate uniform
- Quickly make drinks for members and servers
- Set up for events including moving bars, arranging and cleaning bar area
- Keep bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service
- Manage inventory for all bars and lounges and order related supplies
- Maintain accurate ongoing inventory records
- Review and set up bar sections and events to meet club standards
- Possess complete knowledge of menus and answer member questions
- Gracefully present and serve bottles of wine professionally
- Comply with club policies and local laws when serving alcohol
- Communicate food service or dining issues to F&B Managers
- Follow procedures for safe and sanitary handling of food products
- Assist with opening and closing duties and occasional dining set-ups
- Treat all members, guests, and team members with respect
