Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in beverage or hospitality operations
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle guest and employee concerns professionally
- multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrate strong leadership and training abilities
- knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations
- ability to manage schedules and payroll reporting
- maintain confidentiality
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests and employees
- oversee all aspects of daily beverage operations and outlets
- supervise outlet personnel
- respond to guest complaints promptly
- collaborate with other F&B managers and communicate issues
- inform immediate supervisor of problems requiring attention
- assist in coordinating loss prevention
- prepare and submit reports timely
- ensure compliance with liquor laws, health regulations, and SOPs
- be visible on the floor and support staff during busy periods
- conduct department meetings and staff performance reviews
- train employees on SOPs and job tasks
- plan and implement beverage menus
- conduct and participate in departmental and hotel training
- interview candidates for front-of-house positions
- complete tip reporting
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
