Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or restaurant customer service roles
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong oral and written communication skills
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout shift
- ability to work effectively within a team
- willingness to adhere to health and safety compliance standards

Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- cleaning glassware, countertops, and equipment
- providing exceptional customer service by taking and serving drink orders and addressing guest requests
- assisting in inventory management and restocking bar supplies
- collaborating with bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure seamless service
- handling cash transactions and managing the cash register
- adhering to health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
