Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role such as bar steward, busser, or customer service within hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items during shifts
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including cleaning glassware, countertops, and equipment
- Provide exceptional service to guests by taking drink orders accurately and serving beverages
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory of bar supplies such as beverages and garnishes
- Collaborate with bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register with accurate reporting
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
