Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of experience in catering and banquet, bar operations, or foodservice related positions
  • basic understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and other products offered
  • knowledge of standard bar equipment, including dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine, etc.
  • self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • adaptable to change
  • effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment

Job Duties

  • creating custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality
  • maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned
  • comply with all safety and health department procedures, company and/or departmental policies/procedures, and all state and federal liquor laws
  • maintain company safety and sanitation standards
  • assist bartenders with restocking and preparing bar areas
  • monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • support team members in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
