Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
three year bartending experience
cocktail bar/craft bar work experience (1 year)
ABC license certified
reliable transportation
can do attitude
own a bar kit
willingness to learn and adapt
able to perform cocktail batches, juicing, complex cocktailing
knowledge of basic arithmetic
flexible schedule
able to stand/work for 6 hours or more
able to lift/handle 30-50 lbs
vast knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer preferred

Job Qualifications

Three years bartending experience
one year cocktail bar/craft bar work experience
ABC license certified
own a bar kit

Job Duties

Set up and breakdown the bar as scheduled
cleaning the bar area before and after the shift
guest facing attitude and service focused work ethic
able to cocktail in low, intricate settings to high volume pace of service
work well with others and coachability
perform cash tender duties and be familiar with POS (Toast)
follow recipes and specs on craft cocktails, batches, syrups, and bartending etiquette
report to bar lead/supervisor/beverage manager
flexible work schedules
on call
weekend availability
