Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with local alcohol service regulations
- Certification in responsible alcohol service may be required depending on location
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide menus or beverage lists
- Take drink orders and accurately enter into POS system
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Ensure prompt service with high presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and cleaning
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Engage professionally with customers and address inquiries
- Collaborate with staff for smooth bar operations
- Follow opening and closing procedures including cashing out and securing premises
