  • Must be at least 18 or 21 years old
  • Ability to work long shifts while standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded, high-energy environments
  • Must complete required alcohol service training

  • Must be at least 18 or 21 years old
  • Previous bar, concession, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work long shifts while standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded, high-energy environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Must complete required alcohol service training (e.g., TABC, ServSafe, or equivalent)

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
  • Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service regulations
  • Accurately process cash and cashless transactions using POS systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Monitor guest behavior and report concerns to supervisors
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
  • Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
  • Handle high-volume service during peak event times
