Job Requirements
- Previous bartending or food/beverage service experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (per state/local laws)
- Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, and wine service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- follow cash-handling procedures
- Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, fellow staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
