Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state/local laws
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- strong communication skills
- previous experience in bartending or food/beverage service preferred
- basic math skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and policies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- follow cash-handling procedures
- monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment
- assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events
- work collaboratively with supervisors, fellow staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
