Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state/local laws
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • strong communication skills
  • previous experience in bartending or food/beverage service preferred
  • basic math skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and policies
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • follow cash-handling procedures
  • monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment
  • assist with setup and breakdown of bar areas for events
  • work collaboratively with supervisors, fellow staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
