Job Requirements
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and climb stairs daily

- Ability to forecast beverage needs to meet visitation goals
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years applicable experience
- Experience in bar management and customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience creating purchase orders
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Manage operational duties for bars across Milwaukee campus including maintenance and stocking of coolers and equipment
- Lead and manage certification processes including TIPS, RBST, and Bartender Certificates for team members
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain supplies and schedule preventative maintenance
- Hire, onboard, and manage up to nine Guest Relations team members
- Train all tour-related staff on bar operations and certification requirements
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, annual reviews, and implement development plans for staff
- Coordinate with brewery partners to ensure appropriate beverage assortment and manage beer disposal
