Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in bar and restaurant management
- Knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of liquor costs, promotions and P&L statements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Demonstrated superior guest relations
- Must be able to sit and stand for longer than 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs routinely
- Tolerance for smoke-filled environments
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- Must obtain Class III A license as required by Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing required
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations across all casino bars and Barista area
- Guide and mentor bar staff through effective training and leadership
- Ensure all beverage and dining service meets the Emerald Queen Casino standards
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing team workflow
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
- Monitor liquor costs, promotions, and assist with P&L management
- Uphold health and safety regulations in all beverage operations
