Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of bar and restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with liquor costs, promotions, and P&L statements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer and POS systems
- Ability to sit and stand for more than 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs regularly
- Tolerance for smoke-filled environments
- Availability to work day, swing, graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Obtain Class III A license from regulatory offices
- Pass pre-employment drug testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bar and restaurant management
- Knowledge in serving cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Understanding of liquor costs, promotions, and P&L statements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer POS systems
- Superior guest relations skills
- Preferred experience with gaming operations
- Experience working with tribal entities
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations including service quality and cleanliness
- Support the Beverage Manager in managing beverage team performance
- Train and mentor bar and service staff to ensure high standards
- Delegate tasks and manage scheduling during shifts
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Tend bar during high volume and busy shifts as needed
- Foster a positive, professional atmosphere promoting teamwork and exceptional guest service
