Job Requirements

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Efficiently lead bar service, ensuring a memorable guest experience that aligns with our hospitality standards
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect beverages
- Anticipate guest needs, process orders, and handle payments promptly and hospitably
- Adhere to state and local laws, safe food practices, and recipe guidelines while maintaining a clean bar area
- Support the team by maintaining stock levels and partaking in opening and closing bar duties
- Engage guests with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
