Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or bar environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to handle and cut meat
- Knowledge of sanitation and storage requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- A Bar Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests from behind the bar while also providing drink orders to the rest of the servers
- The Bar Server is expected to perform in a hospitable, efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience
- At all times, bar servers are expected to be attentive and anticipatory to guests’ needs
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
