Job Duties
- Craft cocktails with precision and personality
- prepare drinks for cocktail servers

- keep service smooth, fast, and polished during busy times
- work cohesively from setup to cleanup
- maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready space
- balance speed, accuracy, and warmth during high-volume rushes
- recommend craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine confidently
- greet guests with an upbeat attitude
- take and enter food and drink orders accurately
- anticipate guest needs proactively
- keep tables and bar areas clean and reset
- know menu ingredients, prep, styles, and pairings
- assist teammates as needed
