Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain state Food Handler's Permit
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Interact with customers professionally
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to read, retain and comprehend
- Ability to use basic math skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to increase knowledge of Albertsons products
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills
- Ability to multitask while working under stress and time constraints
- Reports to work in proper uniform per company policy
- Server experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable in noisy high-volume atmosphere
- Capable of working well under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees
- Deliver a consistently high-level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar
- Suggest additional menu items such as desserts and drinks when appropriate
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and health department requirements
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps bar customers satisfied
- Uphold set standards and enforce food and drink preparation and handling to ensure compliance with food safety policies
